Our Sunnyvale location, Crescent Oaks, is tucked into a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and very low auto traffic.  This property is currently being remodeled to provide better access to families and friends. All of our remodels include upgrades to the Commercial Kitchen, so that we can continue to serve your loved ones healthy food at every meal.

For over 30 years, The Reyes family has been actively involved in Senior Living and is continuously seeking innovative approaches to Memory Care. Their family and team members work to provide a safe, engaging, and comfortable, environment for their residents.

Individuals without proper care can be a danger to themselves and others. Crescent Oaks has a specialized program - the Aviator Care Plan - which promotes memory focused activities and provides residents with trained caregivers who are dedicated to understanding and navigating the challenges of memory loss and related safety concerns.
